Summer brings with it the smell of sunscreen, ice cream and braais. There’s nothing to beat it. The thing I’m looking forward to is lying in the warm summer sun on one of our beautiful beaches with that feeling of a post freezing swim and the sun rays warming me up:) love summer!

I’m looking forward to the end of my studies and a much needed long awaited 2month holiday before life in the real world starts, so that means soaking up the sun, showing off ABC bootcamp bodies in bikinis and short shorts, outside markets, picnics and sunset cocktails in summer dresses! The smell of sunscreen and sea breezes and random ice cream trips! I love Adventure bootcamp especially when it’s not freezing outside and would so get my sister to come with this, ’cause no one motivates me more then my sister running beside me calling me fatty.

Hi, will need a boot-camp to get back into shape, after been forced to lay-off from running for a long time to recover from a chronic hi-hamstring tendonitis & recent bad-pull, so far set-back for most of the past winter season – I crave a good work-out routine that’s effective, outside & challenging-interesting;)
